What is your return policy?

Yes — returns are free within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging; only the delivery charges are deducted from your refund. Damaged or broken items are replaced free of charge when reported within 3 days of delivery.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan? Is delivery free?

Yes, we deliver to cities and towns all over Pakistan, usually within 2–5 working days. Delivery is FREE on orders over ₨ 5,000; smaller orders have a flat ₨ 240 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you confirm.
